数字化创新型管理人才能力培养模式探索

摘要:数字经济已成为带动经济增长的核心动力。社会各行各业正大力开展数字化变革,其快慢、优劣是由数字化工程的实践开展情况决定的,其中关键要素是数字化创新型管理人才。人才能力的培养是复杂的系统工程,需要围绕数字化创新型管理人才的能力素养、主要特征、科学思维、促进手段等方面进行深入探索。

Abstract:Digital economy has become the core driving force of economic growth.The various walks of life are carrying out digital transformation.Its speed and advantages are determined by the practice of digital engineering,and the key element is digital innovative management talents.The cultivation of talents' ability is a complex system engineering,which requires in-depth exploration around the ability and quality,main characteristics,scientific thinking,promotion means and other aspects of digital innovative management talents.
