绩效管理课程思政融合路径设计

摘要 文章基于“绩效管理”课程性质、教学特点,从课程分析、教学内容开发、思政元素发掘、教学方法选择、教学评价等角度,设计了学科内容与思政元素理论融合、实践融合的路径,以期为人力资源管理专业其他课程开展课程思政提供参考。

AbstractBased on the nature and teaching characteristics of "performance management" course,this paper designs the path of theoretical and practical integration of subject content and ideological and political elements from the perspectives of course analysis,teaching content development,ideological and political elements exploration,teaching method selection and teaching evaluation,in order to provide reference for other courses of human resources management to develop curriculum ideology and politics.
