摘  要  加快高等教育内涵式发展是推动我国高等教育现代化发展的重要手段。而教育发展的“指挥棒”是教育评价体系。重新构建学校—教师—学员三维评价体系，有效破除“五唯”，对加快教育发展速度、提高人才培养质量意义重大。
