从讲课比赛视角研究如何提升青年教师教学能力

摘  要  青年教师参加讲课竞赛,对其教学能力的提升有很大的指导意义。以讲课比赛视角,根据十余年的教学经历结合自身讲课比赛的经验,重点从课前准备、课堂呈现、仪表仪态、课后反思等方面来论述如何更好地讲授数字地形测量学这门课程,旨在对青年教师讲课水平的提升起到参考作用。

Abstract  The participation of young teachers in tea-

ching competitions is of great guiding significance to the improvement of their teaching ability. From the perspective of lectures and competitions, based on more than ten years of teaching experience com-

bined with my own experience in lectures and compe-titions, this paper focuses on how to better teach Digital Topography from the aspects of pre class pre-

paration, classroom presentation, appearance, and reflection after class, aiming to play a reference role in improving the teaching level of young tea-chers.
