Abstract：Large crustaceans constitute a crucial ecological group of marine benthic organisms and serve as important species for both aquaculture and fisheries， possessing significant economic and ecosystem service values. By reviewing the global research progress on feeding habits，mechanisms，influencing factors， food conversion efficiency，and energy allocation in marine economic crustaceans，this study analyzes the current status of research on the feeding behaviors of different crustaceans species. The aim is to better understand the feeding habits of large crustaceans in natural sea areas and their specific roles and functions in the energy flow and material cycle of the ecosystem.Additionally，the application of molecular techniques and in一situ monitoring technologies is being explored and emphasized in the study of feeding ecology in large crustaceans.
