Isolation and identification of Aeromonas heteroglycophiles and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens from Silurus soldatovi meridionalis Ch

Abstract：To investigate the pathogenic mechanism of Aeromonas allosaccharophila and the biocontrol application value of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens in aquaculture， intestinal and gastric tissues of Silurus soldatoui meridionalis Chen were collected as isolation samples. Through morphological identification，physicochemical characterization，16S rDNA sequencing，Gram staining，and phylogenetic tree construction of the enriched bacterial strains，the results demonstrated that：strain 9 TSS20220108 clustered naturally with Aeromonas allosaccharophila ，confirming its identity as this pathogen. Strain 10 TSS2022o formed a monophyletic clade with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens （GenBank accession： MH447524.1），verifying it as this probiotic species.This strain produces a range of metabolites that inhibit inhibit fungal and bacterial activity，indicating significant biocontrol potential.
