Research on the design of recirculating aquaculture system equipment for land-based industrialized farming of Siniperca chuatsi *

Abstract:In response to the problems of water resource waste,significant environmental impact,and low production eficiency in traditional Siniperca chuatsi farming models,this study focuses on the design of land -based factory based circular water farming equipment for Siniperca chuatsi.By optimizing the farming process,innovating equipment selection and integration,an eficient,environmentall friendly,and controllable intensive farming system has been constructed. Based on the principles of material balance and ammonia nitrogen balance,a biological carrying capacity model is established,and system design parameters are derived. The focus is on optimizing low disturbance sewage discharge devices,circulating water filtration oxygenation temperature control linkage equipment,and achieving precise water quality control through solid particulatemater classification treatment process (pretreatment coarse filtration fine filtration).Experimental data shows that the system can achieve a water resource recycling rate of over 90% , increase aquaculture density by 3-5 times compared to traditional methods,and maintain water quality indicators within the suitable growth range for Siniperca chuatsi (dissolved oxygen ⩾5mg/L ,ammonia nitrogen ⩽0.5mg/L ). The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the intensive and inteligent transformation of the Siniperca chuatsi aquaculture industry,and have important reference value for promoting the development of industrial aquaculture technology for freshwater fish.
