基于OBE理念的应用型本科院校园林专业植物组织培养课程教学改革与实践探讨

——以铜仁学院为例

摘  要：该文在分析园林专业植物组织培养课程特点和课程目标的基础上，讨论该课程内容的重组和优化，提出基于OBE理念的教学各环节的设计，合理分配所需理论知识点，实现对专业能力和非专业能力的培养，满足生产企业对专业人才能力的需求。

Abstract： In this paper， the content of course was reconstructed and optimized based on analyzing objective and characteristics of Plant Tissue Culture， teaching link was redesigned， required theoretical knowledge points were reallocated， and the cultivation of professional and non-professional abilities were realized to meet the needs of production enterprises for professional talents based on OBE.

OBE（Outcome Based Education）指的是产出导向教育，即根据人才培养目标预判学生的学习成果角度来设定毕业要求，根据毕业要求倒推得到师资队伍、课程体系和各课程目标等的合理配置，坚持以学生为中心，通过持续改进不断提高应用型人才培养质量的教育模式。（剩余6602字）
