地方高校青年教师职业发展的困境与对策研究

摘  要：高校青年教师的职业发展状况决定着其质量的高低，而高校青年教师的质量关系着未来几十年高等教育事业发展的质量和水平。然而，地方高校青年教师在职业发展的道路上却面临着内忧外患的困境，文章通过多角度的分析，为其职业发展指明方向，从而提高其教育、教学水平，推动地方高等教育事业的发展。

Abstract： The professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities determines the level of their quality， and the quality of young teachers in colleges and universities is related to the quality and level of the development of higher education in the coming decades. However， young teachers in local colleges and universities are facing the dilemma of internal troubles and external troubles on their career development. This paper， through multi-angle analysis， points out the direction for their career development， so as to improve their education and teaching level and promote the development of local higher education.
