AbstractObjective：Toconstructanoperatingroomnursing strategyforDaVincirobot-assistedradicallungcancersurgeryand evaluateitsapplicationefects.Methods：12Opatients whounderwent Da Vincirobot-asistedradicalresectionoflungcancer in JiangsuCancer HospitalfromJanuaryO23andDecember2O23 wereenroled.Theywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroupnd theobservationgroup，with6Opatients ineachgroup.Thecontrol groupreceivedconventioalnursingcare，whiletheobservationgroup was providedwithusingstrategyasedontheDelhimethod.Srgicalefciencysurgicalsafetyandursingqualitywerpred betweenthetwogroups.Results：Theobservationgrouphadsignificantlyshortersurgical timeandinstrumentdeliverytimethanthe control group （P<0.05） .Theratesof intraoperativecomplications，vital signabnormalities，skinintegrityissues，and intraoperative infections were allsignificantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group， nursingcolaborationsatisfactionlevelwashigherintebsevationgroup，andthincidenceofnursingerorswassgnificantlylower （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：TheoperatingroomursingstrategyconstructedbasedonthecharacteristicsofDa Vincirobot-assistedradical resectionoflungcancercansignificantlyhancesurgicalficiencyensurepatietsafetyndimprovenursingqualityichhas significant value in operating room nursing practice.
