单孔与多孔机器人辅助肺癌根治术的疗效对比研究

AbstractObjective:Tocomparetheeficacyof single-ortandmulti-portrobot-assistedradicalresectionforlungcancer. Methods:Clinicaldataof9patientshounderenrobot-asistedradicalresetionforlungcanceatteFstAfliatedHospitalof XiamenUniversityfromOctober022 toOctoberO24wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Patientsweredividedintothesingle-portgroup 0 n =57)andteulti-tgroup(n=72)asedoeumberofsugicalots,fllwedbypropensityorematchng(SM).Peatie indicators,titta Results:Befor,ignifintdifrencseistedinge,BMmaiurdmeteratholgicaltyendsoistoy P <0.05). After PSM,50 patients were included in each group, withno significant diference in baseline characteristics ( Pγ 0.05). The multi-port group hadlongelngthofospiaygritraoativelodl,ndgreatrosopeatidageuetanengotop 0 P <0.05).Howe,oiicantdferenesinatieti,lobctouratio,lhdedetiti,ageatiod numberoflmphodesdisecedwerefoundetwntetwogroups (POO5).Distancesfrommargintotumorandiitialnegativeargin rates of the two groups were comparable ( P>0.05 ). The multi-port group had higher Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores on postoperative days 1,3,7,and 14 than the single-port group ( P <0.05). Diffrences in complication rates were not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05) . Conclusion: Both single-port andmulti-port robot-asistedradical lung cancer surgerydemonstrate good safetyand feasibility, but the single-port robotic approach is more conducive to postoperative recovery and reduces postoperative pain.
