AbstractObective:Tvestigae teclinicalecyofrea-tiereglationofestsiadepthinoropdicot-asistdsurey. Methods:3OOpatintswhounderwentoropedicrobot-assistedsurgeryatteFirstAfiliatedHospitalofXinjiangMedicalUniesity fromJue2023to December2O24 wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotheobservation group(receivingreal-timeanesthesia depthregulation)andtheontrol group(receivingconventionalanesthesia),with150patientsineachgroup.Theanestheticdosage, extubationtie,coeryi,artatestolicodprssure,astolicodpressure,ispectraldet fourtimepointsO:besthsiaiductio;:beetubatio;T:atuba;:intubationdlatio rateswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Theobservation grouphadsignificantlylowerpropofolandremifentanildosages, shorter extubation and recovery times (P<0.05) , lower HR, SBP,DBP,and BIS values during T1~T3 P <0.05), and smaller fluctuations in these parameters compared to the control group (P<0.001 ).The total complicationratewasalso lower inthe observation group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Real-timeregulationofanesthesiadepth inorthopedicrobot-asistedsurgerycanreduceanestheticdosage,shorten extubationandrecovery times,stabilize vitalsigns,andlowercomplicationrates,whichis worthyof clinical promotion.
