AbstractObjective：Toconstructarefinedoperatingroomnursing modelforrobot-asstedradicalprostatectomy（RARP）basedon qualitycontrolicle（QCC）activities，andtonalyeitsiterventoefect.Methos：144ptientswhounderwentARParopial fromNovember222toNovember223 wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotheobservationgroup（n=72，receivingQCC-based refined nursing care） and the control group （ n⋅ =72，receiving conventional nursing care）.Perioperative outcomes，urinary incontinence status，qualityoflife，andpostopeativecomplicatioswerecomparedbetweenthetworous.Results：Thbservationgroupsowed earlierfirstablatiotifistecatie，andisteastiaongiducditraopeatielodlssndspialatio costs compared to the control group （ P <0.05）.Scores onthe International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Short Form （ICI-QSF）at7days，das，ndothostopeativelyereloerthanpreopatiescoesinothgrous，iththseationgoupoing significantly lower scores than the control group （ P <0.05）.Postoperative scores on all domains of the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey （SF-36）increasedinbothgoupscomparedtotosebeforesurgeryandtheoservationgrouphadhigherscoresthanthecontrolgoup （ P <0.05）.The total incidence of complications was lower in the observation group （P<0.05 . Conclusion： The QCC-based refined nursing modelforRARPinteoperatingroocansignificantlyimprovesugicalmanagementandursingqualityancepatints’quaityoflie and satisfaction， which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
