机器人导航系统辅助CT引导下腹部病变经皮穿刺手术的应用

AbstractObjective:Toevalute andcomparetheaccuracyandsafetyofrobot-asstednavigationsystemforCT-guided percutaneous abdominallesionpunctureagainst thatofconventionalfreehandpuncture techniques.Methods: 40patientswhounderwentabdominal puncture proceduresattheSecondAfiliated HospitalofSoochow UniversityfromAugust2021toNovember2O21wereenroled. Participants were randomly divided into the experimental group scriptstyle(n=20 )and the control group( n=. 20)using the sealed envelope method. The experimentalgroupunderentpuncturepositioningviarobot-assistednavigationsystem,whilethecontrolgoupreceivedcoetional freehandpuncturepositioning.Theprimaryoutcomewasthefirst-passsuccessrateofpuncture,andsecondaryoutcomesincluded intraoperativeneedleadjustmentfrequencyandnumberofCTscans.Results:Theexperimentalgroupachievedasignificantlyhigher first-pass success rate (100 % ) compared to the control group (0% 1 (P<0.01 ). The experimental group required no needle adjustments and hadanaverageof2.98CTscans,whichweresignificantlybetter thanthecontrolgroup's1.85nedleadjustmentsand48OCscans 0 P <0.01).Minorbleedingoccuedinbothgroups,equiringnospecifictreatment.Thecomplicationrateintheexperimentalgroup(1 0% ) was lower than that in the control group (20%) . Conclusion: Robot-assisted navigation system for CT-guided percutaneous puncture procedurs hassignificantadvanagesinimprovingfistassccsrateandreducingCTsanfrequencyalongsidefvorablesafety outcomes.
