AbstractObjective:Toexploretheeffect intellgentpneumoperitoneum pressuremanagementoninflammatoryresponseand postoperativecovryinatintsudergongbotasssteddicalprostatetomy(ARP)ndtrovidereticalasisfoliial practice.Methods:105patients whoreceivedRARPin, fromDecember2021 toFebruary2O24wereselected.Thyweredividedintoteintellgentgroup(n=53,receivingintellgenpneumoperitonempreure management)andtetraditioalgop(n52,eceivigtraditoalpumoperitoempressreaagent).Peumopioelated metrics,vialigsmodaics,mmatyakers,stoperatieoverycatos,ndoplcatioateseed betwenthetwogroups.Results:Comparedtothetraditional group,theintellgent grouphadshortertimestopneumoperitoneum establishment and maintenance,along with superior pressure stability ( P <0.05).5 min after anesthesia,no significant differences existed betweenthe twogoupsinstolicdiastolicbloodpresure (SB/DB)orrespratoryate(RR)(P>5).Howeve,BandRRreloer in the intelligent group at 5min after insufflation/desufflation (P<0.05) , while no diferences were observed in DBP between the two groups at each timepoint (P>0.05) . Central venous pressure (CVP)and cardiac output (CO) the two groups were comparable at 5 min after anesthesia (P>0.05) ,but CVP was lower in the intelligent group at5 min after insufflation/desufflation ( P <0.05). Compared with that before surgery,WC,ndI6elsreceasedothouat48esurgeryeantlyloeinelt group than those in the traditional group (P<0.05) .The intelligent group showed earlier times to first flatus,defecation,ambulation, catheter removal,and hospital discharge than the traditional group (P<0.05) .No significant difference was observed in total complication rates (P>0.05) .Conclusion:Application inteligent pneumoperitoneum pressure management in RARP can significantly shorten pneumoperitoeurationanceressurestabilityiigaterurbatiosivialsigsndmodamics,euateiatory responses,and accelerate postoperative recovery, which is worthy clinical implementation and promotion.
