AbstractObjective:To explore theapplication efectof lowerlimbrehabilitationrobotcombined with posturalcontroltraining intherehabilitationofstrokepatientsandtoprovideabasisforclinicalrehabilitationinterventionstrategies.Methods:8Ostroke patientsadmitedtoTangshanCentralHospitalfromJulyO23toJuly2O24wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotheconventional rehabilitationgoup(ceingonventioaleabiliationiterventio),teposturalcontrolhancentgoup(eceiigotioal rehabilitationintervention + postural controltraining),the robot-asisted group (receiving conventionalrehabilitation intervention + lower limbrehabiliationbot-asistedtrainng),andteombiedinterventingoup(eceingonventioaleabilitationiteetio + lower limbrehabilitationrobotcombinedwithposturalcontroltraining)usingarandomnumbertable,with45patientsinachgroup.Thelower limbmotorfuconFgeeresmetofoweEtriy(-E),HenWainguctioasifcai]lacio [BergBalanceSale ,ualetaleforkeatints,itpaaeescivisofillvi BarthelIndex,MB)werecomparedamong thefougroupseforeandafter4weeksofinterventionResults:After4weksofintevetion the Holdenscore,FMA-LEsore,BBSscore,PASSsore,andMsoreincreasdinallfourgroups,withthcombinedintetio group showing higher improvements ( (P<0.05) . After 4 weeksof intervention, the step frequency,gait speed,and stride length improved in all four groups,with the combined intervention group showing greater improvements (P<0.05) . The step width decreased in all four groups, with the combined intervention group showing a narrower step width (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The combination of lower limb rehabilitation robot andposturalcontrrainginsrokepatintsehacelowerlibotorfuctiomproeactivitsofdailylvingandalaneablity.
