PICC智能穿刺机器人联合循环质量管理在乳腺癌术后置管化疗患者中的应用

AbstractObetiveToivesigateecacyofperipherallyinseredntralateterPIC)intellgntpunctureobtobidwith cyclequalitymanagementinpostoperativecatheterizedchemotherapyforbreastcancerpatients.Methods:1OObreastcancerpatients whounderwentpostoperativecatheteriedchemotherapyattheScondAfliatedHospitalofAirForeMedicalUniversityfromJauary 2021 to December 2O23 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group ( n =50,receiving traditional PICC catheterization with routinecare)andthestudy group(n=5O,receivingPICCintellgentpuncturerobtcombiedwithcyclequalitymanagement).Coagulation function,asclardotelialfunction,lowerlibloodfloweloityualityofifendostoperativecomplicatiosreed betweentetwo groups.Results:Comparedwiththatbefore intervention,both groupsshowedsignificantlydecreasedMAvaluesand increased R values after intervention (P<0.05) ,while the study group had lower MA and higher R values than the control group ( P <0.05). Both groups showed increased FMD and decreased EMPs after intervention ( P <0.05),while the study group had lower FMD and higher EMPs than the control group (P<0.05 ).Average and maximum blood flow velocities increased in both groups after intervention ( P <0.05), with the study group showing higher velocities than the control group (P<0.05) .FACT-B scores at different dimensions improved in both groups after intervention (P<0.05) ,with the study group scoring higher (P<0.05) . The study group had a lower incidence of postoperative complications than the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion:The combination of PICC intelligent puncture robot and cycle quality managementcanimproecoagulatioascularendothelialfuction,nanelowerlibbloodfowelocityandqualityoflifedduce complications in breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative catheterized chemotherapy.
