AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheapplicationefetofinteligentdisinfectonrobotcombiedwiththehospitalinfectioncontrol qualitymanagementteamintepreventionndontrolofhealtcareasocatedifetions（HA）.Methods：Tequalitycontrolrsuls fromdiferentdepartmentsoftheTenthAfliatedHospitalofSouthernMedicalUniversitywereslectedasstudyindicators.Datafrom JanuarytoDecember2023wereasigned tothecontrolgroup（traditionalmanualdisinfectioncombinedwithinfectioncontrolteam management），whiledatafromJanuarytoDecemer224wreassinedtotheobservationgroup（intellgentdisinfectionobotombied withinfectionontrolamanagent）.Enviroentalqualityindicatos，ealtareorkes’infetioontrolowdgesosHI controlquaityoresadHAincidenceateswerecomparedeforendftertheiplementationofteobot.Results：Copardit thecontrolgroup，thebservationgroupshowedhigherqualifidrates inair，medicalinstruments，disinfectants，ndsurfacesampling across departments，with a significantly higher overall qualification rate（ P <0.05）. The observation group also exhibited lower detection rates of bacterial colony counts on surfaces and in the air （ P <0.05）.Additionally，healthcare workers in the observation group scored higher intheoreticaloedeoffeool，agotoclsedtisilaadoac aseptic techniques， environmental safety，and occupational exposure prevention P<0.05 .Furthermore，the incidence of HAIs among inpatients in key departments was significantly lower in the observation group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The combination of intelligent disinfectionrobotandtheinfectioncontrolqualitymanagementteamsigificantlyimproves hospitalenvironmentalqualityances healthcarewokers’fetioncontrolkowedgeandpractics，evatesteoverallualityfHprevetionndducestidcf healthcare-associated infections.
