下肢康复机器人联合触觉振动反馈训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复效果的研究

AbstractObjective:ToanalyetherehabilitationefetofLokomatProlowerlmbrehablitationobotcombiedwithtactilevibation fedbacktraininginhemiplegicpatientsftercerebralinfarction.Methods:12Ohmiplegicpatients treatedatBijingRehabilitation HospitalAflitedtoCapitalMedicalUniversityfromMay023toDecemberO24wereenrolledandrandomlydividedintotecontrol group ( n 6O,receiving conventionalrehabilitationtherapycombined with tactilevibration feedback training)andtheobservation group 0 n =60,receivinglowerleabilltationobottrainingbsedonteontrolgoup).Spatiotemporalgaitparameers,aitleditos, balancefunctergalaeale,),lowerluctiougeyerssssmetferEtrei-LE)i ofdailyliving(BarthelIndex,B)werecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,teseration group showedincreased stepfrequencyand gait speed,reducedstance phasedurationandswing phaseduration,and highersoresin BBS, FMA-LE,and BI after treatment (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Lokomat Pro robot-assisted rehabilitation training combined with tactile vibrationfedbacktrainingcansignificantlyiprovespatiotemporalgaitparametersandgaitcyclemetrics,enhacelowerlimbfunction and balance capability,and boost daily living activities in hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.
