应用CBL-ADDIE混合教学模式提高诊断学技能教学成效

Abstract: Objectire This study focuses on Diagnostic Skils teaching in undergraduate clinical medical education,aiming to explore the effct of CBL-ADDIE blended teaching mode. Methods A total of 551 students majoring in Clinical Medicine from the Second Clinical Colege of Wuhan University were selected as the research objects,with 192 students from the class of 2O2l and 18l students from the class of 2022 in the experimental group and 178 students from the class of 2O22 in the control group. The experimental group adopted CBL-ADDIE blended teaching mode,and the control group used traditional teaching mode.The final exam was taken as the research endpoint,and the corresponding scores of students and their satisfaction with the teachers were statistically analyzed.Results The theoretical exam scores and skill exam scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The satisfaction of students in the experimental group with the teachers was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there were significant improvements in six key items of the self-evaluation of comprehensive abilities. The traditional teaching mode has disadvantages such as a single form,weak connection between theory and practice,and a lagging feedback mechanism in the teaching of diagnostic skils.However,CBL-ADDIE blended teaching mode can stimulate students’ interest in learming,improve teaching quality and students’ job competence,and also promote the comprehensive teaching ability of teachers.Conclusion CBL-ADDIE blended teaching mode is a new teaching mode with a promising prospect of promotion.
