Abstract: Objectie To evaluate the learning ability of graduate students in online Health Management courses and its influence on course achievement,and propose strategies for improving the online course group teaching mode. Methods A total of 184 valid questionnaires were collcted through questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.O statistical software. Descriptive statistical analysis was employed to describe the total score and scores of each domain of the online learningabilityscale for graduate students. Binary logistic regression was used to fit the influence of the five dimensions of online learning ability scores on the regular score,final score,and total score of the graduate course scores. Results The total score of the learning ability of graduate students in online Health Management course group was (1O9.84±14.29) points, with an average item score of 4.22 points. Among these,the highest average score was for the leaming wilingness dimension,while the lowest was for the learning relationship reciprocity dimension.Learning wilingness had a positive efect on the regular score,final score,and total score of the online course group β1=1.481 , P=0.028 : β2=1.262 , P=0.032 β3=1.513 P=0.004 ).In contrast,learning process regulation had a negative effect (β1=0.528 , P=0.011 β2=0.696 , P=0.024 : β3=0.584 , P=0.008 ) Conclusion Graduate students exhibit high learningabilityinonline HealthManagement course.It is neces sary to enhance online cooperative learning interactions among students,optimize teacher feedback functions, and assist students in improving their learming process regulation ability and leaming relationship reciprocity. These measures can help improve teaching effectiveness.
