Abstract： With the rapid advancement of modern medical education and the heightened complexity of military medical support initiatives，theeducational objectives for clinical medical talents inmilitary academies has shifted from single knowledge-transference to cultivating interdisciplinary and applied talents with high quality.This transformation has put forward higher requirements for the teaching ability，overallcompetence and innovative practical ability of young teachers in military academies.This article systematically analyzes the primary challenges faced by young teachers in the process of professional growth，and innovatively constructs and practices a set of cultivating mode for young teacher.The practice shows that this mode fectively improves the quality of talent cultivation and better achieves the goal ofcultivating military medical talents.It can provide valuable references and practical insights for the optimization of the training system for young teachers in higher education institutions.
