Abstract: With the continuous expansion of medical education,traditional clinical teaching modes are facing multiple challenges,including a growing number of patients,increasing case complexity,and uneven resource distribution.To enhance teaching effect and meet the demand for personalized learming,hospitals and medical collges and universities are actively exploring new modes that integrate emerging technologies into medical education. In this context,this study investigated theapplication of ChatGPT-basedartificial intellgence-asisted teaching methods in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery clinical internships. The research aimed to assess the potential value of ChatGPT in improving students’theoretical learing,clinical decision-making,and practical skills,as wellas its effect in real-time feedback,personalized tutoring,and dynamic case discussions.The results suggested that this teaching mode have the potential to address the limitations of traditional teaching approaches and provide new insights for the innovation and development of medical education.
