AbstractObjectie]Toestablishananalyticalmetodbasedoninductivelycoupledplasma masspectrometry（CP-MS）foredeterinationoftotaleofdrocalt.dgilpleereatgstod thatadding（1+1）aquaregidigestionsoutionandplacingitinabolingwatebathfor2hwasanetivesoilsamplepretreamntethod ICP-MSusedRsitealstadardlutiotoliatethitefereceofstrumntmatrix，ndsledHeolioodti natetheterfereceofistrumetsectroetrnetedtetotalnicinilsplesinwate-lvelfuctuatidr the best working conditions of the instrument.[Result]In the linear range of ，the correlation coefficient R2 of arsenic was 0.999 9， and the linear relationship is good. The detection limit of the method was 0.024mg/kg ， and the limit of quantitaion was 0.096mg/kg ; through themethodologicalverfcationofsoilcompositionstandardateralsGBWo7426，GBW7448，andGBW455，theeterminationslsf standardsoilsampleswereallwithinthestandardvaluerange，themethodhashighaccuracywithspikedrecoveryratesrangng from 95% to 102.8% ; the RSD was 2.0%-3.8% （ n=6 ）. The method has high precision and meets the requirements of laboratory analysis.[Conclusion] Thismethodissimpleinoperation，owinostandighinacuacyadprecision.Itissuitableforteaiddeteonoftraceaeicina largenumber of soil samples in the laboratory.
