AbstractObjectie]Toestablishananalyticalmetodbasedoninductivelycoupledplasma masspectrometry(CP-MS)foredeterinationoftotaleofdrocalt.dgilpleereatgstod thatadding(1+1)aquaregidigestionsoutionandplacingitinabolingwatebathfor2hwasanetivesoilsamplepretreamntethod ICP-MSusedRsitealstadardlutiotoliatethitefereceofstrumntmatrix,ndsledHeolioodti natetheterfereceofistrumetsectroetrnetedtetotalnicinilsplesinwate-lvelfuctuatidr the best working conditions of the instrument.[Result]In the linear range of ,the correlation coefficient R2 of arsenic was 0.999 9, and the linear relationship is good. The detection limit of the method was 0.024mg/kg , and the limit of quantitaion was 0.096mg/kg ; through themethodologicalverfcationofsoilcompositionstandardateralsGBWo7426,GBW7448,andGBW455,theeterminationslsf standardsoilsampleswereallwithinthestandardvaluerange,themethodhashighaccuracywithspikedrecoveryratesrangng from 95% to 102.8% ; the RSD was 2.0%-3.8% ( n=6 ). The method has high precision and meets the requirements of laboratory analysis.[Conclusion] Thismethodissimpleinoperation,owinostandighinacuacyadprecision.Itissuitableforteaiddeteonoftraceaeicina largenumber of soil samples in the laboratory.
