Abstract[Objective]To observe the protective effect of Dendrobium huoshanense granules on mice irradiated by -rays.[Method]A totalf20healthymaleSPF-gradeF1generationmicewererandomlydividedinto3majorgroupsbasedonbodyweightEachmajorgroupwas furtherdividedito4dosegroupsitOmiceineachdosegroup.Thcontrolgroupsgivenpurifedwaterhileteothergroupseread ministered low[ 0.75g/(kg⋅d)] ,medium[ 1.50g/(kg⋅d)] ,and high [4.50g/(kg⋅d)] doses of the test sample via continuous gavage for 14 das.Afterwadslicbeodatstlseodstialil count,SODatityandsruemolysinlvelsweremeasdatdierentsaplingtis.Result]Onth3dnd4thysposadi, the white blood cell count in the 4.50g/(kg⋅d) group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Additionally,the SOD activity in the serum of mice in the 4.50g/(kg⋅d) group on the 7th day post-irradiation was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ). [Conclusion]Dendrobiumhuoshanensegranuleshaveacertainprotectiveefectonmice withioningradiationijury.Themechanismmaybe relatedtotherotetiooftlooddmralinesessellsteacementoftioidantactivitytoavengfrdicals.
