AbstractThisstudyevaluatedthereportedSCARmarkersforginkgoaleandfemaleplantgenderidentifcation，fndingtatexistingSCAR molecularmarkesaelitdyCRactocondiosandtepreseceoffalseoitivuetoingoaretisndbiatsagid ficultomeetereqremntsofproductiopracticeBasedonidentfdRAPD，R，andAParkerslnkdtoinkgaleadfeale plantgender，thisstudydeveloped19newSCARmarkers.Throughginkgomaleandfemaleplant DNApolscrening，SCAR-PCRaealing temperatureotiaiondidiialplantvlidatiopiofCARrksS47F/47-R5stablefoarldertoof ginkgo male and female plants were selected，with an accuracy rate of 100% .The research results could provide theoretical references and technicalsupportfotarlyletodotaloatioofkgalendaleplantgeplassoucswellsle velopment and utilization.
