AbstractThisstudyevaluatedthereportedSCARmarkersforginkgoaleandfemaleplantgenderidentifcation,fndingtatexistingSCAR molecularmarkesaelitdyCRactocondiosandtepreseceoffalseoitivuetoingoaretisndbiatsagid ficultomeetereqremntsofproductiopracticeBasedonidentfdRAPD,R,andAParkerslnkdtoinkgaleadfeale plantgender,thisstudydeveloped19newSCARmarkers.Throughginkgomaleandfemaleplant DNApolscrening,SCAR-PCRaealing temperatureotiaiondidiialplantvlidatiopiofCARrksS47F/47-R5stablefoarldertoof ginkgo male and female plants were selected,with an accuracy rate of 100% .The research results could provide theoretical references and technicalsupportfotarlyletodotaloatioofkgalendaleplantgeplassoucswellsle velopment and utilization.
