AbstractInodertxploretholdesistanceofngeacotifentdeveopetalstagsigxiamproeteoogad earlywaringabiltofsprroinogeiaprcodennddueessofosaseisdyudrtialfrosber tosimulatethelowtmpeareevioent.Fourtempeaturetreamentseresetuintebdstag,fulbostageandyugfruitstage of Hongmei apricot,respectively,for 1h ,and the cold resistance indexes of each period were measured.The membership function method was usedtoevaluatetecoldresistance.Theresultsshowedthattecontentsofsolubleprotein,solublesugar,freproline,MDAandteactivitiesofCATandSODcouldbeusedastheindexestoevaluatethecoldresistanceofHongmeiapricotInthethreedevelopmentalstagesof Hongmei apricot,the cold resistance was the strongest in the bud stage,which could resist the low temperature of -4.5-4.0°C . The weakest cold resistance is the young fruit period,and the sensitive temperature of frezing is between -2.5--2.0°C . The flowering period is at the middle level,which can resist the low temperature of -3.5--3.0°C :
