The adoption rate of straw resource utilization behavior among farmers reached 96% ， indicating a high adoption rate but a relatively low level ofadoption.Farmers’cognitionandomfomthecrialdecisionmakingbasisforteirbehavioradoption.Withinthisframework，far ers’atitudestowardsstraesoueutliatiobehavisandteirpracticalcocsareifuenedbytwofctors：thepereptofooc benefitsndologicalfctivenessdditioallinsoffrs’os，ocialsplaositieoleinromotingthdoptio behavior.Therearedifereesinnvironentalegulatiosonceingfaers’behavioradoptio;ostraintsrepresentedyviotal supervisionhaveasignificantpositiveimpact，whereasincentive-bsedegulationsprimarilyinvoingsubsidiesdootsowasiifant effect.
