AbstractFivepotatovarietiswereusedaststmaterals,oughtheternationofrmiatioateerationumberofsingleoat ardesdratateostedrilalitttoaaspodooalif difrentvarietisofpotatondsreenstoragstantarietisesusowdtatQianu7adelowstgeratioatmongfivevarietisofpotatoatteestoagetieduringteolestorageperiod.Duringtholestorageperiod,tegerinatiober of singlepotatoatemostinWei3(WY)mongfivevaretisofpotatoatthaestorageti,tegeinatioumberofsinglepota to of Yunshu 505(YS505) was the least in 14-56 days,and the germination number of single potato of QY7 was the least on the 84th day of storage.Amonvrietisfotatouinteogepod,thardsofWdteaiucreadamplidendde of QY7 had the minimum decreased amplitude ;on the 84th day of storage,Yunshu 104(YS104) had the lowest weight loss rate,while YS505 and WY3 had higher weightloss rate.On the 84th day of storage,the protein content in YS1O4 and QY7 varieties were higher,the protein content in WY3 was the lowest;on the 84th day of storage,vitamin C content in YS1O4 was the highest and that in WY3 was the lowest. On the 84th (20 dayof storage,thereducing sugarcontent in Gannongshu7(GNS7)was the lowest,and thatin WY3 wasthe highest;on the 84u day of storage,starchcontentinY5O5wasthehghestandthatinGS7was thelowest.TeresultsofprincipalcomponentanalysisowedthatQY7had the best storage quality,followed by YS1O4,and GNS7 had the worst storage quality.
