AbstractInvieofteprblesexistinginthejintsimulationofontroladtheindustrialobotprogammigsoftare(obtudio) inNXMCD,suchsiiodiatioewndtprogdstablsaltasssotinlipmentforPu’erteaastokasanexamplendacontrolmetodbasedonPLCandRoboStudiotoachievethevirtualcommissoningofthe feeding equipment on the intelligent production line of Pu 'er tea in the simulation platform NX MCD was proposed.Firstly,a simulation model wasconstructedfortlctromecanicalcoceptdsignofXCDndteontrolprgasforCndobtdoereiod ly,theinteactioofatasalssaliedtoughutualommationgteareSfalltomatiob tweenNX MCDandPLCwascompletedtroughtheOPCDAprotocol,thecommunicationbetweeRobotStudioandMCDwasciedout throughtheTCPScketprotocolandthecomunicationetwenRobotStudioandLCwasachievdtroughSnap7communicatioally, the complete virtual simulation was debugged in NX MCD.
