AbstractRoototniorantspaagsdsease.Tcatelydentifitspathoendtoariftslogeticelatioshth gen was dentifedusing morphology examinationandnetBLASTbasedonrDNAISsequences,thediferenesonrDAISsequenceofthe asparagusrotrotfungsanditsrelatedfungifrothsaegenus werecomparedandtheplogeneticelationshipesultrevealedtataspar agusrotrotfssts, 361,362,363,67,69,728283,418,4042nd426ofDAIeqencesbetweentheptognofspaagusoto F.polyphialidic,hichasitslatedfungusfroesageus.Resultsofygeneticnalysisevealedthataspaagusototfungs clustered with F.oxysporum and kept a nearer phylogenetic relationship with F polyphialidicum.Fungi from the 6 genera clustered as 2 groups and Group I was clustered as2 subgroups,and Fusarium had the nearest phylogenetic relationship with Trichoderma.
