AbstractRoototniorantspaagsdsease.Tcatelydentifitspathoendtoariftslogeticelatioshth gen was dentifedusing morphology examinationandnetBLASTbasedonrDNAISsequences，thediferenesonrDAISsequenceofthe asparagusrotrotfungsanditsrelatedfungifrothsaegenus werecomparedandtheplogeneticelationshipesultrevealedtataspar agusrotrotfssts， 361，362，363，67，69，728283，418，4042nd426ofDAIeqencesbetweentheptognofspaagusoto F.polyphialidic，hichasitslatedfungusfroesageus.Resultsofygeneticnalysisevealedthataspaagusototfungs clustered with F.oxysporum and kept a nearer phylogenetic relationship with F polyphialidicum.Fungi from the 6 genera clustered as 2 groups and Group I was clustered as2 subgroups，and Fusarium had the nearest phylogenetic relationship with Trichoderma.
