AbstractSndIDelciinuebelentrasiptoeseaadndfunctoalaotationaalysisofUigeeilci wasperforedtofoudationforthevelopmentofblueberyspecificSakersarlydentifcationadgneticdivesityale resultsshowedat24771dieraptosofbubriarsivelyi erageof6.30to8.16SNPsperUnigeneand1SNPapeaedevery07.1pto138.71bp.Among he,theSNoftrasitionaccoutedfor 65.27%-65.78% ,and the SNP of transversion accounted for 34. 22%-34 73% .Meanwhlie,the 10 844-13 433 InDel loci were found,and the frequency of InDel loci was 16.91%-18.41% . The results of GO and KEGG functional enrichment analysis showed that the diferentially expresedUgtdinatocalityellocstalyiieablc tracelulartad significantlydosdosisspotatedotlisisfcidad metabolis,abeaboslantaogteactiondlantoeialasuctiIssdtdanteloi theblueberrylentransripomeerefoundtoavegodpotentialpolymorpsm,hichldafoundationforthedevelopentofrkesfr the identificationof blueberypollen traits,ndwas of great valueforthe developmentof molecular breedingof blueberry.
