AbstractThedetectionmethdoftencaineveterinarydrugswasestablishedbasedonUPLC-QTOF-MS/MS.Thecorelationcoficient (R2) was 0.979 0-0. 999 3. The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.1-50.0ng/mL ,and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 10. 0- (204号 250.0ng/mL .Combined with GNPS,massspectrumcracking ruleand visualization of molecular networking were explored.A new methodfor rapidscreningofcaineveterinarydrugresidueswasdevelopedbycomparingandanalyzingthemassspectruminformationofcomponent groups/clusters.
