AbstractTo evaluate the contribution relationship of primary agronomic traits to yield of Brassica napus, 190F2:3 separate inbred lines of Brasicanapuseaterals.eedyielddioasseldperplat,ranchiomberofstachngthofpralo cence,siliquemrofpraryforescendplantightofasscnapusrealydbyelationdpripalompal sis.Theresultssowdthatthbrancngpostion,theumberofistbranchtelengthofpraryfloreseeandslenuberofpr maryinflorescencetndedtoeinheitedfromfemaleparentWHO,andtheplanthight,sedyieldandiomassyieldperplanttendedtobe inherited from male parent WHO1. The variation coeffcient of seed yield per plant in F2:3 separate inbred lines was the highest (38.23% ), whereas that for the number of primary branches was the lowest ( 6.93% ). Seed yield per plant showed a extremely significant positive correlationwithbomassyieldeplantrancngposio,umbrfirstbachtelgthofaryose,ilqueumbfn inflorescenceandplantheight,inwhichthecorelationcoeficientbetweenseedyieldandbiomass yieldperplantwasthe highest( R=0.87 ). But the number offirst branch showed a extremely significant negative correlation with branching position ( R=-0.43 ).Expecting for the numberoffrstbanch,plantightsetrelysigniicatpositiecoelatedihanchositiothngthofprarifloeiliquenumberofmainiflorescence,seedyieldadiomassyeldperplantTesevenagronomicritscouldbesythesiedintoplanthght, firstbranch,siluemberofpriaryflorescefctsviaprialcomponntasisiteotalcmulatieortioatef (204 89.59% ,whichbasicallreflectedthecomprehensiveinformationofsvenagronomictraits.IntebredingadimprovementofBrasscnapus ,above three factors can be improved to achieve the goal of breeding.
