AbstractObjective]ToidenifthechemicalcomponentsofAnoectochilusroxburgh fromGuizhoubyUPLC-Q-TOF-MS.MethodWaters ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide ( 2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm) )was used for the chromatographic separation. Gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile and 0.1% ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase. Triple TOF 56OO high resolution mass spectrometry was used to colecthighresolutioasspectroetrydatainIDAode.Preliinarysreningomponsebtaidbyombiingsefuiltabase withHMDB,KEGGatabseTentifedstiuentserefurtroedasdoccrateass,fragentsetetioav, referencestandardsandsoon.ResultBasedonmolecularweight,fragmentionsandretentiontime,combinedwiththefragmentatioules summarizedinleaodsfdgcecsfdss cocorticoids,etAgttheareeporsnpousnduocoticidmponsfoecocusb existingliteraturereports.Conclusion]UPLC-Q-TOF-MSmethdwhichdevelopsanewstrategycanidentifythemainchemicalcostituents fromAnoectocusrobughapdlydauratelyandlasfoundationforteslectioofqualityevaationindeesadtipthsudy of pharmacodynamic substances.
