Efect of Different Culture Conditions on Adventitious Roots Growth,Polysaccharide Accumulation,and Hypoglycemic Activityf Atractylodes chinensis

AbstractOectieestdyexplordteectsofultiationcoditiosotegrothlysachaidulationndlc activity of adventitious roots of Atractylodes chinensis. [Method]The adventitious roots of A . chinensis were used as raw materials. The cultivation period ( 7-70d ,increment 7 d),inoculum size( 6-13g/L ,increment 1g/L ),medium ionic strength(MS,3/4MS,1/2MS,and 1/4MS),types(sucrose,glucose,maoe,fructose)andcocetratios(0,4,50g/L)ofcarbonsourcessellasty(BA NAA)andconcentratios(1,,3mg/L)ofhoonsreivestigate.Tebomasandpolysahaidecontentofthedventitiousroots underdiferenttreatmentseremeasuredResultultiationconditioshadasigificantimpactontegothdpolyaccadeaculation of adventitious roots. The optimal conditions:cultivation period of 49d ,medium ionic strength of 1/2 MS,sucrose of 40g/L ,IBA of (204号 1mg/L ,and inoculum size of 10g/L . The inhibition rate of polysaccharides from adventitious roots of A .chinensis on α -glucosidase was (204号 81.24% and the IC50 value was 0.68mg/mL .[Conclusion] Under ideal conditions,A. chinensis adventitious roots exhibit maximal biomass and polysaccharide accumulation. The polysaccharides of the adventitious roots of A .chinensis strongly inhibit α -glucosidase, suggesting potential for diabetes treatment.
