Abstract：This studycomparativelyanalyzes theimplementationstatusoflegalaid systems acrossChineseprovincesandexplores pathways for systemic refinement.Proposed solutions include：diversifying funding sources andoptimizing subsidy standardstoalleviate financialconstraints；establishing positive incentivemechanisms andexit protocolstostrengthen legal aidattomeyteams；andenhancingservicequalitythroughstandardizedlegalaidservicebenchmarksimprovedcase quality supervision frameworks，and comprehensive case follow - up mechanisms.
