Feasibility Study on the Development of Guangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Art and Beverage Specialist Courses

Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentof thebeverage marketvocationalscholsareoferingbeverage-relatedcoursesto meet marketdemand andtalentcultivationneeds.However,currentbeverage textbooksdonotalignwiththeintegrated training modelofvocationaleducation andthe leaning characteristicsof students.Meanwhile,Guangxi'sexcellent intangible cultural heritageteaart projectsfacemanychallengesindissemination.Theauthorexplores thefeasibilityof integrating Guangxi'sintangibleculturalheritageteaartwithbeveragecoursesfromthreeaspects,concluding thatthedevelopmentof beverage courses incoporating Guangxi'scharacteristicintangibleculturalheritageteaart isboth practicaland promotable. This paperis part of the 2024 Guangxi Vocational Education Research Project,titled“Development and Aplication of an Integrated BeverageSpecialistCourse forTourismMajorsinVocationalSchoolsfromthePerspectiveof IntegratedVocational Education,”project number :2024JGY153.
