Abstract：This paperfocuses onthe current statusof science popularizationandresearch-based learning in Baotou City， exploresthesignificantroleof scienceeducation，andexaminesthecommonchallnges faced.Taking therailwayscience popularizationandresearchbased learning at Baotou RailwayVocational and Technical Colege asa case studythis paper systematicallydesigns anefective sciencepopularizationandresearch-basedlearning system.Thedesign incorporates Baotou'suniqueregionalcharacteristicsculturalresources，anduniversityresources，withafocusonactivitydesignesource integration，modelinnovationandtheestablishmentofsuppoting mechanisms.Theaimisto provideimplementation strategies andevelopment modelsforenhancing the scientificliteracyandinnovationcapacityofyoung people，while promoting the high -quality development of science popularization and research - based learning in Baotou.
