Abstract:Asthecradleofocatinaleducationhighervocationalcollgeshavestudentswithahigherlevelofsocialization than those inundergraduate institutions,making the shapingof their values morediffcult.The“Three-Dimensional Education”conceptadherestoastudent-rientedapproach,emphasizingtheorganicintegrationofknowledgetransmissionability development,andvalueeducation.Counselors invocationalcollegescan incorporate the“Three-Dimensional Education"concept intothehandling of dormitorydisputes.Bypromoting conflicteducationforallstudents,establishingstudent growth files,andexpandingeducationalchannels,theycanguidestudentstoestablishcorectvaluesandefectivelyavoidor resolve dormitory conflicts.
