Reflections on How College Counselors Handle Dormitory Disputes under the “ Three -- Dimensional Education” Concept in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Asthecradleofocatinaleducationhighervocationalcollgeshavestudentswithahigherlevelofsocialization than those inundergraduate institutions，making the shapingof their values morediffcult.The“Three-Dimensional Education”conceptadherestoastudent-rientedapproach，emphasizingtheorganicintegrationofknowledgetransmissionability development，andvalueeducation.Counselors invocationalcollegescan incorporate the“Three-Dimensional Education"concept intothehandling of dormitorydisputes.Bypromoting conflicteducationforallstudents，establishingstudent growth files，andexpandingeducationalchannels，theycanguidestudentstoestablishcorectvaluesandefectivelyavoidor resolve dormitory conflicts.
