Construction of a Mechanism for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Employee Skills Training in the New Context

Abstract:This paper aims to explore theconstruction improvementof a mechanismforevaluating theefectiveness of employeeskillstraninginthenewcontext.FirstitanalyzestheimportantroleofemployeeskillstraininginenterprisedevelopmentthecriticalsignificanceofevaluationinoptimizingtrainingBydeeplyanalyzingtheexistingproblems inthe current evaluationmechanism,suchasthelimitationsofevaluationindicators,thesingularityofevaluation methods,the discontinuityoftheevaluatioprocesstheinsufficientapplicationofresultsacomprehensivescientificfeasiblecstruction plan isproposed.Thisplan includestheestablishmentofamulti-dimensionalevaluationindicator systemcovering knowledge skills,work performance,professonalqualityteamwrk;theintegrateduseofvariousevaluationmethds suchasexamspacticalassessmentsursteiewsefonceanalysisadcaseudies;asstematicat process that includes pre - training,mid - training, post - training evaluations.
