Abstract：Oralfloraplaysavitalroleinhumanhealthanddisease，andrelatedstudieshaveextendedtothefieldof gastrointestinaldiseases.Evidencehasshownthatmicrobialcommunitiesisolatedfrompancreatictisuehaveasimilarcomposition tooralflora，indicatingapotentialbiologicalconnectionbetweenthem.Duetotheadvantagesofnoninvasiveness，simple operation，andlowstoragecostsofcollctingoralfrasamples，itisfeasible toobtaintheinformationonoralfloraandidentifyits characteristicchanges.Thisaproachnotonlyhelps togainadeperunderstandingofthepathogenesisofpancreaticdiseases，but alsolaysafoundationfordevelopingnoveldiagnostictolsandpersonalizedtreatmentregimens.Thisarticlesystematicallreviews theresearchadvancesintheassociationbetweenoralfloraandpancreaticdiseases，inordertoprovideewideasforexplorngthe potentialapplication valueoforalflora intheearlydiagnosis，prognostic evaluation，andtreatment of pancreatic diseases.
