Abstract：Ground-breakingadvances have been made insystemic therapyfor hepatocelularcarcinoma（HCC），which have significantlyimprovedtheclinicalprognosisofpatients withadvancedHCC.Thisarticlesummarizesthekeyadvancesandclinical chalenges insystemictherapyforHCC.Withthecombinationofvariousnoveltargeted therapyandimmunotherapyregimensandthe applicationofdualimmunotherapyregimens，therehasbenanincreasingnumberofclinical treatmentoptios，whiletheeare il keychallengessuchasoptimizationof treatmentregimens，managementof drugresistance，andtreatmentofspecialpopulations. Currentstudiesareexploring preciseclasificationbasedonmultiomicscharacteristicsandthestrategiesfornovelcombined therapies，andinparticular，triple-combnatioegimenshavethepotentialtobeakthroughtebotleneckincacy.Intefuture， itisnecessarytoestablishamoreindividualizedandrefiedwhole-coursemanagementsystemandfurtherimprovethelong-tem survivalbenefitsofpatientsbyoptimizingimmunemicroenvironmentmodulationandtransforming terapeuticparadigms.Advancesin this field will promote the transition from traditionalparadigm to precision medicine in the treatment of HCC.
