Abstract:Changesinlifestyle,suchasincreasingexercise,arekeyfactorsafectingthehalthandqualityoflifeinpatientswith metabolicdysfunction-associatedfatyliverdisease(MAFLD).Exercisecanefectivelyimprovethephysicalhealthof these patientsndisthecornerstoneofthetreatmentofMAFLD.However,diferenttypes,intensities,durations,andfrequenciesof exercisehaveavarying degreeof influenceonMAFLD.Thisarticlesummarizes theefectandinfluenceofdiferentexercise prescriptionsonthesepatients,whichhelpsthe medicalstaf todevelop individualized exerciseregimensandencouragethemto actively participate in exercise,thereby providing effective prevention and treatment strategies.
