Abstract：Associatingliverpartitionandportalveinligationforstagedhepatectomy（ALPPS）isagroundbreakingandovative techniqueinthfieldofliversurgery，ndithassignificantlyincreasedtheresectionrateoflargeormultifocallivercacerat canotberesected instageIsurgery.Continuous improvements intheALPPS surgical procedurehave further enhancedsurgical safety.Comparedwithsystemic therapyandlocaltreatment foroncologicalconversion，ALPPShas notableadvantages inthe successrateofsurgicalresectionandthetimeintervalrequiredfortheprocedure.Futureresearch willfocusonthelong-term oncological outcomes and quality of life of patients after ALPPS.
