Abstract：Liverfailure（LF）isasevere clinicalsyndromecharacterizedbysevereimpairmentordecompensationofliverfunction. Atpresent，thekeyroleofimmune moleculesinthepathogenesisofLFhasbeenwellestablished.These molecules notonlydirectly participate inthepathologicalprocessofLF，butalsoinfluencethecourseofLFbymodulating thebehaviorofimmunecels.In addition，immune moleculescanbeusedaspotentialbiomarkersforevaluatingtheprognosisofLF.Thisarticlesummarizes therole of immune moleculesinLFand explores thetherapeutic strategies basedonthese immune molecules，inorder to providenew directions for the diagnosis and treatment of LF.
