耕读教育融入生源多样化农学专业实践教学的培养路径探讨

——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

Abstract：Farming-ReadingEducationrepresentsapivotaldirectioninthereformofhigheragriculturaleducation.Thisstudy focusesontheagronomyprogramatHeilongjiangBayiAgriculturalUniversitywithitsdiversestudentbody.Byanalyzingstudent sourcediferencesanddevelopingtargetedtalentciationplans，wesystematicallintegrateFarming-ReadingEducationinto practical teachingthroughcuriculumdesign，teachingcontent，instructionalmethods，learningvenues，andfacultyalocatioTis approachenablesstudentstoexperiencefirsthandthesynergisticefectsoftheory-practiceintegration.Throughdeepeningthe combinationoffarming"and"reading"，weenhancestudents‘commitmenttoagriculture，ruralareasandfarmersacrossdiferent levels，ultimatelycultiatinganegenerationofgriculturalprofessionalsouderstandlvendcansrengtenandviie agriculture in various fields.
