耕读教育融入生源多样化农学专业实践教学的培养路径探讨
——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

Abstract:Farming-ReadingEducationrepresentsapivotaldirectioninthereformofhigheragriculturaleducation.Thisstudy focusesontheagronomyprogramatHeilongjiangBayiAgriculturalUniversitywithitsdiversestudentbody.Byanalyzingstudent sourcediferencesanddevelopingtargetedtalentciationplans,wesystematicallintegrateFarming-ReadingEducationinto practical teachingthroughcuriculumdesign,teachingcontent,instructionalmethods,learningvenues,andfacultyalocatioTis approachenablesstudentstoexperiencefirsthandthesynergisticefectsoftheory-practiceintegration.Throughdeepeningthe combinationoffarming"and"reading",weenhancestudents‘commitmenttoagriculture,ruralareasandfarmersacrossdiferent levels,ultimatelycultiatinganegenerationofgriculturalprofessionalsouderstandlvendcansrengtenandviie agriculture in various fields.
