Abstract：GivenChina'sfrequentnaturaldisasters，limitedarable land resources，andlargepopulationsize，the macroeconomicregulationobjectivesofgrainreservesexhibituniquecomplexity.ByexaminingtheevolutionaryhistoryofChina's grainreservemacroeconomicregulationsystem，synthesizingmultidimensionalacademicdiscourseongrainreserveobjectives domesticallyandinteationallyandaountingfortemutiplicit，specificityandvariabilitofteseregulatorygoals，thisstudy constructsacomprehensiveobjectiveframeworkforgrainreservemacroeconomicregulation.Theproposedsystemaimstoenhance China's macroeconomic regulatory capacity for grain reserves and ensure national food security.
