乡村振兴视域下农产品直播电商人才培养路径研究
——以网店运营与管理课程为例

Abstract:AgainstthebackdropoftheRuralRevitalizationStrategy,live-streaminge-commerceofagriculturalproductshas emergedasasignificantforcedrivingruralindustrialdevelopmentandincreasingfarmersincome.Basedonthis,thestudyfirst explorestheintrinsicrelationshipetweenruralrevitalizationandagriculturalproductlivestreamingeommere.Itrecogizesthat theRuralRevitalizationStrategyimposeshighrdemandsonagriculturalproductlivestreaming-commerceintersof industrial upgradingandincomegrowthforfarmers.Simultaneouslyagriculturalproductlive-streamingecommercepowerfulladvancesthe RuralRevitlizatinStrategybyexpandingsaleschannels,hancingbrandrecogitionandstimulatingtedevelopmentofelated industries.Subsequently,thestudyexaminesthepivotalroleoftheOnlineStoreOperationandManagementcourseincultivating talentsforagriculturalproductlive-streamingecommere.Finallitexplorestalentdevelopmentpathwaysthroughoptiizingthe curiculumsystem,strengtheningpracticalteachinganddeepeninguniversityenterprisecollboration,aimingtocultivatehigh quality e -commerce talents for rural revitalization and promote rural economic development.
