Abstract：Integratingthespiritofeducators，thespiritofsientists，andthespiritofcraftsmenprovidescrucialideological guidanceforbuildinganeweraofhigh-quality，profesionalteachingteams.Thisapproachaimstocultivatemoreeducator-type teachersandhigh-skilledtechnicaltalents，oferingbthspritualmotivationandintelletualsupportforaeleratingthe developmentofaneducationpowerhouse，asci-tech powerhouse，andatalentpowerhouse.Againstthisbackdrop，thestudy analyzesthevalueofconstructinginnovativeteachingteamsforagriculturalandforestryvocationaleducationuderthentegration ofthese"ThreeSpirits，"reviewscurentresearchonvocationaleducationteacherteambuilding，andinvestigatescultivation pathwaysforsuchteamsinXinjiang'svocationalcollges.Theinvestigationfocusesonfourdimensions：teacherethics developmentthrough the"Three Spits，"improvinganopentalentcultivationsystem，establishingdiversifiedteamcollboration models，and strengthening team management and services.
